Taapsee Pannu to time travel, play one role in two avatars in Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Dobaaraa’
Taapsee Pannu is coming soon with her time-travel movie “Dobaaraa’ and fans are excited about the same. The Shabash Mithu actress will be seen playing one character but in two different avatars which sounds quite interesting.
‘Dobaaraa’ is a thriller film directed by Anurag Kashyap presenting the life of a struggling woman entrapped in a mysterious world. You will see her switching between two different worlds to unfold these mysteries. Over time, she will get a chance to save the life of a 12-year boy who died due to a thunderstorm that occurred 25 years ago. It is a Hindi adaptation of the 2018 Spanish movie ‘Mirage’.
The Film will catch the throwback illusions of her past and the present in different looks without any double role personality.
How she struggles to seek answers to all the mysteries that surround her will take the suspenseful story ahead. The high voltage drama will be worth watching.
Taapsee Pannu and her Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati are reuniting after 2 years through this project produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Cult Movies. Viewers are already talking about this upcoming flick and awaiting its release scheduled on August 19.
Besides ‘Dobaaraa’, the actress has other projects like Blurr, Haseen Dilruba 2 and Tadka in her kitty. Her upcoming movie was a Netflix film, Shab has Mithu, a biopic of female cricketer Mithali Raj. She is currently;y working with SRK for her upcoming movie, Dunki.
