Ayushmann Khurrana Reflects on the Success of ‘Dream Girl 2’ and His Competition with Madhuri, Sridevi, and Hema Malini

Ayushmann Khurrana’s latest film, Dream Girl 2, has been a huge success at the box office. The film grossed an impressive ₹10.05 crore on its opening day, and has since gone on to collect a total of ₹59.75 crore, according to Sacnilk. The film’s success is a testament to Khurrana’s star power and the film’s strong storyline. Dream Girl 2 is a comedy-drama about a man who pretends to be a woman in order to get a job at a call center. The film has been praised for its humor, heart, and Khurrana’s performance.

Dream Girl 2 is Khurrana’s third consecutive box office hit. His previous films, Bala and Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, were also both commercial successes. Khurrana is quickly becoming one of the most bankable stars in Bollywood. In an exclusive interview with ANI, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana spoke about the success of his latest film, Dream Girl 2. Khurrana expressed his excitement about the film’s performance at the box office, and noted that the past three months had seen a “surprising surge” in the success of mid-budget and small-budget films.

“I am absolutely thrilled with the response to Dream Girl 2,” Khurrana said. “It’s been a long time since a mid-budget film has done so well at the box office. I think it’s a testament to the fact that audiences are hungry for good content, regardless of the budget.” Ayushmann Khurrana also attributed the success of mid-budget and small-budget films to the rise of streaming services. “Streaming services have given a platform to a lot of great content that would have otherwise never seen the light of day,” he said. “This has helped to raise the bar for all filmmakers, and audiences are now more discerning than ever before.”

He concluded by saying that he was optimistic about the future of mid-budget and small-budget films in Bollywood. “I think we are in for a golden age of mid-budget and small-budget films in Bollywood.”
