PM Modi Biopic Producer Threatened on Facebook, He files Complaint against him
Last year when we saw the film PM Narendra Modi a biopic made on the life of Mr. Modi starring Vivek Oberoi, many claimed that the film would do well. But ironically it fall flat on the ground giving not much revenue at the box office. The film was produced by Amit B Wadhwani who has co-produced the same. We now hear that the makers are planning to rerelease the movie in the theatres as it is opening again with 50 per cent occupancy. The moment the news came out, we now hear that the makers are getting threatened on social media.
As per reports, Wadhwani has got a threat comment on Facebook from an ID called Optimistix Optimistix. He claimed that he kept on with a few threatening comments on the very post that talked about the release of the film. The person with the said ID went on to say that the co-producer Wadhwani was even blamed for having his hand in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput and went on to make some abusive comments at his daughter. While talking about the same, Wadhwani said that he does not have any daughter.
However, he feels dejected and scared to see how people are commenting with the picture. He said he will not be posting the picture on Facebook. While he said he has received threats of dire consequences. He said that he is surprised to see how insignificant has become the things which have now brought things in that direction. He informed me that he has filed a complaint in the cyber cell and has been assured to take care of the matter. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
