Ashneer Grover to appear in Pitchers S2, says, ‘Jab tak hai grover, it’s not over’
Ashneer Grover will not appear in the upcoming season of Shark Tank India; however, he will appear in Pitchers 2. Yep, you got that right. The second trailer of the show is out, in which the makers have stated that Bharat Pe, the former co-founder, will feature in the sequel. So finally, there is some good news for Grocer’s fans who were disappointed with his replacement on Shark Tank India.
The teaser opens with Naveen Kasturia, Abhay Mahajan, and Arunabh Kumar discussing a pitch and feeling guilty about missing out on meeting Ashneer Grover. “Our business is moving downward exactly like this lift,” Navneet says as the three talk about their company’s performance.
They were fortunate to find Ashneer Grover in the same lift, who heard this and responded with his usual Shark Tank India dialogue, “Bhai, kya kar raha hai tu? Main talent pehchanta hoon. Jab tak hai, Grover, it’s not over. (Bro, what are you doing?) I can recognise talent. It’s not over until Grover is here. Tell me when and where you want to deliver your pitch,” he added.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Ashneer Grover also shared the trailer and wrote, “Jab tak hai Grover, it’s not over (till Grover is there, it’s not over). Watch the new season of “TVF Pitchers” from December 23 on @ZEE5India.
Talking about the series, Pitchers 2 will start streaming on the OTT platform ZEE5 this Christmas. Fans of the franchise had a lot of expectations for this season. When the first trailer was revealed, many fans were disappointed not to find Jitendra Kumar in it. Some even stated that the makers do not have enough money to pay his fees. The other expected character, Jeetu Bhaiya, would at least appear in a cameo.
Well, let’s see if the makers’ decision to cast Ashneer Grover would be able to compensate for the loss with Jeetu’s absence from the project. Only time will tell; till then, stay tuned!
