It seems that the B Town filmmakers are all set to break one taboo to the other. After dealing with a couple of such topics, we now hear that Divya Dutta and Swara Bhaskar are all set to deal with yet another taboo issue of homofierce desire. Divya who has played a wide range of roles in B Town ensures that she finishes with equal finesse. She is all set to add another feather in her cap while playing the romantic partners. The film will have Swara along with Surekha Sikir that talks about the journey of two women who are in search for a partner.
Faraz while talking about the film said that Divya has been his choice since he started writing the film’s story. He said that both Divya and Swara Bhaskar remain the two celebrated actresses in B Town. He said that he has seen the two and have seen Divya playing a similar role before. He said when he completed writing the script, he put a status on Instagram stating that he wants someone to play the roles for his next film. He then said that Divya was the first one to call him.
He then talked to her and found out that she also thought the same as what he felt about the movie and that too without reading the script. While talking about the film he said that he is pleased to get this film and that he has done similar things before while would be comfortable working with Faraz as he has worked with him earlier. She then said that she is in good hands to have Swara and Surekha as her co-actors who all are competent. She then said that she always wanted to share screen space with them and thus excited about the movie a lot. She then said that the film would give her the opportunity to portray the emotions on the screen that would help in striking a perfect balance in the society.
