Leading Actress Kel A Goyal to perform in commercial play “Good News”

Theatre where live performers present the experience of a real or imagined event before a live audience. The performers may communicate their experience to the audience through combinations of gesture, speech, song, music, and dance. There’re some talented actors who have moved from theatre to the big screen. Actor like Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher, Om Puri, Shabana Azmi, Kirror Kher, Nawazuddin, Ira Dubey, Supriya Pathak and Irrfan Khan they all started out with theatre before winning acclaim with their onscreen roles. The passion for acting takes many to the lanes of Mumbai, in the pursuit of becoming star. Recently Cadence Theatre Company has announced its new season of plays in Mumbai title as “Good News”. The upcoming season of commercial play will be in Mumbai to be staged on May 1st 2015. Directed by Arshad Khan, and featuring Kel A Goyal and Sahasrangshu S Bhattacharjee. Sahasrangshu S Bhattacharjee. is an intense Actor and Director and also the founder president of Cadence Theatre  Mumbai.

Kel A goyal said, ” I have been a part of theatre for so many years. Theatre has a multidisciplinary appeal to it and that is what we bring out. It is now people know that we can do a wide variety of roles because theatre is a live medium with a live audience It’s really a great opportunity  to do an Cadence Theatre first commercial play in Mumbai. I am really excited.”

Director Arshad Khan shared an glimpse of his play. He said, “Good News” is a story of Best friends and proud owners of “Jo & Ro Ad Agency”. Janak and Ranak are in deep debt as their ad agency was established with the help of humongous loan”. Director Arshad Khan an eminent theatre personality who has written and directed several theatre plays and performed too. he has acted in several hindi movies, his upcoming projects are with Tigmanshu Dhulia and Shriram Dalton.
