Synopsis: The Netflix is back with another web series of Historical fiction genre called Baahubali Before The Beginning. The web series has an interesting star cast in the different star cast, which include Cast Mrunal Thakur as Sivagami, Rahul Bose as Skandadasa, Atul Kulkarni as Pattaraya, Smaran Sahu as Bijjaladeva, Sahib Verma as Sivappa, Sunil Palwal as Kattappa, Siddharth Arora as Mahadeva, Snigdha Akolkar and Shriya Saran. The web series has Praveen Sattaru as a director, while it has S. S. Rajamouli and Prasad Devineni as the producers. It is produced under the banner of belonging to SS Rajamouli along with Arka Media Works.
This will be the first season for the web series, which is all set to release soon on the popular streaming media. Mukesh G is the cinematographer, while the web series was shot in different Indian locations. As said, it is a Historical fiction, which is based on the 2017 novel called The Rise of Sivagami written by Anand Neelakantan. Talking about the web series, it deals with the journey of Shivgami since childhood. She was orphaned while her father was killed by Mahishmati. Since then she wanted to know the reason or the cause behind his death.
While she is on her way to explore the reasons behind her father’s killing, she comes across the truth behind the same but at the same time, she gets involved over the search of some precious stones of Mahishmati. This brings her to a place where she finds out that for every righteous and truth deed, people are killed by the bad people. She then plans to expose the same evil and thus gets her reward.
