Rajkummar Rao & Janhvi Kapoor’s Horror Comedy – RoohiAfza hits the Floors
After a great grand success of Stree starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, the makers are back with another horror comedy called RoohiAfza. We have been hearing about the film and the star cast, which has Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor. The makers have replaced the leading lady with the newbie who did well in her debut film Dhadak. Now, as per the latest buzz, the film has hit the floor and the lead stars of the movie are now shooting for it.
The makers were quick to inform over their official Twitter account. The official Twitter handle of Maddock Films claimed that the makers are coming to grab the attention of everyone with their film RoohiAfza. The actor shared the photograph of the clapboard of the film and then wrote the same caption. It would be interesting to see Rajkummar Rao with Jhanvi as they are sharing the screen for the first time.
The horror comedy is produced by Dinesh Vijan in association with Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, while it is directed by Hardik Mehta who is getting his debut in direction with the film. The movie also has the Fukrey fame actor Varun Sharma in it. The film is slated to hit the screens on 20th March 2020, while this film happens to be the third venture with Dinesh Vijan after he did Stree followed by another called Made in China. Talking about Jhanvi, this is her second film, while she is also doing a biopic on an Air force lady officer who saved many lives during the Kargil war.
