Taapsee Pannu has been roped for the Telugu film after a long time. The actress has been finalized for Matinee Entertainment-backed Mishan Impossible. The project is directed by Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya fame director Swaroop RSJ and produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy. The film will have the bounty hunting concept.
Mishan Impossible is a female-centric film and Taapsee Pannu will be seen playing the central character. According to the reports the actress has already given her nod to the film.
It is after a long time that the actress will be seen in a Telugu film. Her last Telugu film was ‘Neevevaro’, which was released in 2018.
Meanwhile, Taapsee is all set to star in cricketer Mithali Raj’s biopic. The project is helmed by Srijit Mukherji. The actress is also going through intensive training for the role. The film is titled ‘Shabaash Mithu’. Speaking about her film Taapsee was previously quoted by BT as saying, “We had only shot a few cricketing sequences of the time when Mithali was about to play international cricket. So, before we start filming again, I have to brush up on my cricketing skills and hit the peak again. Most producers, who I am working with, are getting their crew vaccinated before they begin work. So, hopefully, when we start again, things will be smoother. I have been waiting for shoots to begin in Mumbai again.”
