Sushant Singh Rajput drug case: NCB summons late actor’s bodyguard
The Narcotics Control Bureau is investigating the drug case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. According to recent reports, NCB has summoned Sushant’s bodyguard for the second time.
ANI made a tweet on Twitter and tweeted, “Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) summons Sushant Singh Rajput’s bodyguard for the second day in a row, in the drug case linked to the late actor’s death”
The NCB interrogated his bodyguard in connection with a drug case on the 2nd of June as a part of their investigation in high-profile cases. Earlier the drug law enforcement agency had summoned an alleged drug peddler Harish Khan. They also questioned SSR’s house helps Neeraj and Keshav on Sunday.
“After Siddharth Pithani’s arrest, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has summoned deceased actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s former domestic helps Neeraj and Keshav for questioning, in the drugs case linked to Rajput’s death,” said the NCB, as reported by news agency ANI.
Before this, the agency also arrested Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani on Friday, May 28. Pithani was among four people who were present at his apartment when he was found hanging in his room. Pithani has been under judicial custody since June 1.
The drug angel in the actor’s case is still under intense investigation which has led NCB to summon actors Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh for interrogation.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead, hanging in his Bandra Apartment on June 14, last year. He is still missed by his family, friends and fans.
