Surbhi Jyoti is a popular TV actress who is active mostly in TV shows and serials. She hails from Jalandhar, Punjab, and was born on 29th May 1988 in the same place. She did her schooling at Shiv Jyoti Public School while graduating from Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. During her school and college days, she used to participate in various debates and bagged honors. She managed to get the Master of Arts degree in English Literature from the known institute called Apeejay College of Fine Arts.
She started her professional career in acting with regional theatre and films. Soon she got the chance to be a RJ. She even worked in a Punjabi film called Ik Kudi Punjab Di, Munde Patiala De and Raula Pai Gaya. While the Punjabi television series include Kach Diyan Wanga and Akiyaan To Door Jayen Na. In the year 2012, she bagged the role in TV shows like Qubool Hai aired on Zee TV. Soon this followed the show called Kach Diyan Wanga. Soon she got the chance to remain in the mainstream with the show called Qubool Hai.
Some of her TV shows inclde Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Punar Vivaah – Zindagi Milegi Dobara, Pavitra Rishta, Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan, Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed, Connected Hum Tum, Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi and India’s Best Dramebaaz. The other show include Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya as host, whiile some of her recent shows include Kitchen Champion, Box Cricket League 4, Khatra Khatra Khatra, Dance Deewane 2, MTV Ace Of Space 2, Bigg Boss 13, Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin Blockbuster, MasterChef India 6, Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, Naagin 4 and Naagin 5.
