The former porn star and an item queen of B Town films Sunny Leone seems to have joined hands with the popular group called PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India). The collaboration with her was meant for a new drive against the use of animal skin for making several leather garments and accessories. Now, we see her all set to promote vegan fashion, which would be one step ahead after she turned a vegan.
This would include promoting garments that are free from leather or any other animal-derived materials. While talking about the campaign, the Kuch Kuch Locha Hai actress said that by joining hands with PETA India, she has come on board for a good and healthy venture and encourage adoption and sterilization of dogs and cats for speaking regarding the significance of turning a vegetarian.
She further added that by being a part of the campaign, she would like to help the animals in the country to be slaughtered just to provide their skins for making garments and other products. She said she would remain part of several other projects soon. She came on social media to announce the newest upcoming PETA India campaign by simply sharing the #PostPackupShot by photographer Avinash Gowariker. There we saw her having the PETA T-shirt.
She was seen volunteering for the cause with the said group and thus saving the lives of the animals. She said she likes to lead her life with example and thus was seen adopting stray dogs and gave them shelter informed the PETA India director.
