Sugandha Date Bags Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs 2019

The Singing reality show – Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs 2019 is back in news and this time for having its winner. So, the recent buzz about the show suggests that 14-year-old Sugandha Date has bagged the title for the show. As the show finally wraps up, it has managed to get the Nagpur based singer Date as the winner. The young teenager is from Nagpur and has been into singing since her childhood.

She bagged the title beating the other contestants including Mohammed Faiz, Anushka Patra, Aastha Das, Pritam Acharya, and Aayush KC. She was compared with young singers like Shreya Ghoshal who bagged this prestigious trophy. After her victory, the young singer said that the platform of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs has been a great learning platform. She is blessed to be in touch with top music mentors who helped her win and learn a lot. She said that they motivated her a lot to sing a wide range of genre songs.

She said that she is glad to get this opportunity and thanked the jury members on the Zee TV show who made her win this trophy. She then said she is looking ahead to have a great journey in playback singing and hope to win several more titles in her career. She then thanked the TV channel for giving her a wonderful experience. She hails from Nagpur and has participated in reality shows like Indian Idol Junior in 2013 and was among one of the finalists.

The show was a big hit and it has many more B Town playback singers as judge and guest including Mika Singh, Babul Supriyo, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Kumar Shanu who had a good time with the winners. Also present was Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani to promote their film Kabir Singh, which is all set to hit the screens this month end.
