They then come across another group which is of a Pakistani origin led by Inaya played by Shraddha Kapoor. Then the tussle between the two groups starts. They often meet and fight at one club owned and managed by Prabhu Dheva. There Inaya comes across the good side of the club owner of helping the illegal immigrants. Soon the global dance competition with a whopping amount of prize money is announced. The two rival groups come together to form a single group to contest and win the prize money only to help the illegal immigrants to return to their respective nations. So, what goes next is interesting to catch in a nearby cinema.

Review

One may not call the story to be novel, as many it turns out to be predictable at many places. However, the screenplay of the film is very much entertaining despite being so simple. The dialogues and screenplay go hand in hand in a perfect direction. Talking about the direction of Remo Dsouza seems moving the best. The first half seems lengthy and comes along with sequences with no logic. Similar is the story at the climax as well as we see some illogical development coming up there as well. However, the film scores well on other departments defying these negatives.

The film starts with strong visuals with some cool dance performances making the intermission closing on a right note. The second half can give a good punch and plot to the audience as the tracks also work well. The subject at the backdrop is touching although it is flawed technically. Yet one can find too many things in the film that can impress the audience. Talking about the performances, both Varun and Shraddha have given some of their best performances both in action and entertainment. Shraddha and Nora in their dance are not less than a treat for the audience. Nora although has a smaller role with a dance and a song, she has once again impressed with her smoky performance. The others also had a good role to play.

The film’s strength is the songs, which are not less than 11 for obvious reasons and these well-choreographed to give a good impact. The song ‘Muqabla’ is recreated the best and people at the multiplex and single-screen cinemas would enjoy the most. There are many more songs to enjoy. Sachin-Jigar’s background score is good. The choreography is nice, while the screenplay, photography and other elements too have ended up on a decent note.

Street Dancer 3d The Last Word

Well, the film is a decent blend of rich visuals and incredible choreography backed with strong emotions to display. It can appeal the young generation with its cool dance performances and songs thus allowing the film to enter the hundred crore club for sure.
