Her presently running soap opera is ruling the hearts of Television viewers. Her character Anupamaa is gaining all the love from the audience.

People love to see her as a woman who is strong, fierce, emotional and at the same time traditional.

Meanwhile, Rupali took a long break from TV after her previous show Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi aired in 2013. Talking about her comeback she previously told Hindustan Times, “I wasn’t getting the kind of characters I wanted to play. I wasn’t keen on just playing a mother or sister. If I’m doing a daily soap I would like my character to drive the narrative. I wanted something that I haven’t done before. If the role doesn’t satisfy me, then it won’t reflect in my performance and I won’t be able to make it interesting for the audience. But that doesn’t mean there wasn’t anything good happening on TV, just that things didn’t work out for me”.
