The actor Sonu Sood has been making news in the media ever since he started helping the migrant workers back to their homes. Now, when Mumbai was hit by the cyclone called Nisarg, he announced the support for them as well who were affected by it. There are around 28,000 of underprivileged people in the city of Mumbai who were badly affected and the actor stood up for the same.
The cyclone has hampered the financial capital a lot that has been relying under the virus making the landfill close to the adjoining areas. The actor has been managing the transport facilities for the migrant workers returning to their home states like UP, Bihar and other places along with helping the stranded students as well. While talking about the same, he said the people are facing tough times and the best way to fight is to make the support system strong.
While talking about his work, he said his team has distributed food to not less than 28k people who have been living in the coastal areas all over Mumbai. In his statement, he said he is making sure that everyone in this tough time remains safe. The actor has also helped students and migrant workers from Assam sending them back to home who were stranded in Cyclone Nisarga. The said cyclone has hit the city and India Meteorological Department claimed that the winds spreading 120 km per hour. Mumbai has recieved such amount of cyclone after the gap of around 72 years.
