Sonu Sood says, ‘Seeing so many people doing selfless work makes me feel our country is going in the right direction’

Sonu Sood emerged as a messiah during the pandemic and since then he has been helping everyone in need. He has rightly proved that ‘Not all superheros wear capes’. He is a real hero in every spirit. The actor recently graced the International Glory Awards 2021 as he was the chief guest over there.

He presented awards to many real life heroes who came forward to help people during the pandemic. Talking about the same, the actor spoke to News Helpline and said,”I feel so privileged and honoured to meet so many real life heroes who have come from different parts of the country. They all belong to different fields and they all helped the needy during tough and difficult times.

He further said,”Seeing so many people doing selfless work makes me feel our country is going in the right direction.”

Sharing his feelings on sharing the same stage with the real heroes, he said,” I feel so elated to be sharing the stage with these great people. I feel that if I can bring a smile to a stranger’s face, this is the best award I can get. “

The actor who has been relentlessly helping needy and poor people has become Nation’s favourite today.

On the workfront, the actor was recently seen in a music video ‘Saath Kya Nibhaogey’ which was directed by Farah Khan. He will be soon seen in an action drama telugu film titled ‘Acharya’.

He will also be seen in historical action drama hindi film ‘Prithviraj’ starring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Manushi Chhillar. Akshay will be seen as Prithviraj Chauhan and Manushi as Sanyogita in the film.

He will also be seen in a tamil film ‘Thamilarasan’.
