Unlike the many actors of B Town, Sonu Sood also plans to have his own production house in the city. Though he seemed struggling to establish as a big actor in the industry, yet he owns his own property of 4000 sq feet, which is big enough to get converted into studio. As per the sources close to him, he landed in Bombay after leaving his hometown in Punjab called Moga. He took a PG accommodations in Andheri, while struggling to get work in the industry. He often remember his struggling days when he went all the way to actors, directors and studio asking for work.
However, now when you find Sonu being an established actor in Bollywood, with many successful movies in his basket, he never hesitates giving chance to the struggling people, for example his gym trainer Satya and Photographher Munna S are among such people who have been striving and got the break from the Dabangg actor. His success helped him to get a sea facing property, which is made up of a small construction on it, which he gave to the struggling people who are in desperate need. Such people who lack money are seen living here rent-free and get good break soon.
Since the very place seems to be empty now, so Sonu has plans to convert into a studio or production house, which can be later leased out to a number of filmmakers and producers looking out for places for shooting and post-production activities. As per the sources, he was really wasting his previous property here and thus have the choice to do something tangible. Hence with the idea of converting into a studio or production house can really help Sonu to get something big out of it. Now, the construction work seems to be in a full swing and soon he will have a multi storeyed building for his studio.
