Sonakshi Sinha Blames the Lockdown for increased Trolling on the Internet
Sonakshi Sinha has been away from Social Media since past few months. All thanks to the increased attacks and bullies on the internet, she seemed to have come out with a new initiative against it. It is called Ab Bas, which is meant to keep the online harassment on the bay. While talking about her initiative the Holiday actress said that people are misusing the freedom of expression. She said people think that by hiding their real identity they can say anything to anyone.Â
She added when it comes to freedom of press and media, people have lost all their limits while expressing their views against each other. Hence she has come up with the said initiative to help in reducing the online trolls on the internet. She said with her efforts, she is just trying to create some awareness around the issue stating what actions can be taken against those who perpetrate the same. She also added that it is the lockdown which has given more time to people to troll and bully anyone.Â
People are just venting out their frustration and saying all the stuff on hate and negative things about each other. She said that she left Twitter a few months before so that she can remain away from negativity and hate. She is now in sanity, claimed the Dabangg actress. Everyone remembers how she left Twitter by saying bye guys as she now wants to protect her sanity and hence deactivating her account. She has even disabled the comments action on her Instagram handle.
