The public and critics both had lackluster reactions to Ajay Devgn’s most recent movie, “Bholaa.” In its first week, the movie made only Rs. 59.68 crores at the Indian box office.

Nevertheless, despite the film’s middling box office performance, Abhishek Bachchan’s unexpected presence attracted everyone’s attention and boosted public anticipation for the sequel.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan makes a surpise cameo appearance in Bholaa after the climax fight sequence. Although no official announcement has been made, his cameo presence suggests that he will play a major antagonist in the follow-up sequel to Bholaa.

Ajay Devgn also shared the behind-the-scenes footage from Abhishek Bachchan’s filming schedule of Bholaa on social media. The 35-second clip depicts Ajay Devgn and Abhishek working together on the Varanasi Ghat.

When Ajay Devgn hosted a live #AskBholaa session on Twitter a few days ago, one fan asked Ajay about Abhishek Bachchan and his role in the original Bhola and its follow-up. Ajay merely wrote “Sequel” in response. This has given rise to rumours that Abhishek Bachchan would take on the character of the adversary in the future sequel. Abhishek also hinted about his participation in the film by tweeting, “ORIGINAL!! Badelga Maut ka Chehra… “Name Nahi!”

Many viewers have expressed their excitement for the movie’s sequel and the chance to see Ajay and Abhishek together once more on social media. Both of them have worked together in films like Jameen (2004), LOC. Kargil (2004) and Bol Bachchan (2012).

Directed by Ajay Devgn, Bholaa also stars Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, Vineet Kumar, and Sanjay Mishra. The film is an official remake of Tamil action thriller Kaithi (2019), which was helmed by Lokesh Kanagraj.
