Rohit Warrier, a Shark Tank India candidate and entrepreneur whose product was rejected by Ashneer Grover, has taken a shot at the BharatPe co-founder. Grover had rejected Rohit’s Sippline Drinking Shields nicknamed ‘glass ka mask’ as a ‘wahiyat’ product for the uninitiated. Now, in her most recent article, Warrier mocked Ashneer Grover’s statement “Bhagwan Utha Le.” He then explained that it was all in good fun.
Rohit Warrier took to Instagram to share a video in which he discussed the product. In the clip, he can be listened to saying, “Abhi bas ek hi question ‘Glass ganda hai toh kya karun. Hey bhagwan, utha le mujhe (Oh God, kill me). Nahi naahi bhai mazak karrahaha tha (I was just joking).” He then explained that his new invention in detail and revealed how it can be used to maintain oral hygiene.

Interestingly, Ashneer Grover criticized Rohit Warrier’s pitch of masks for drinking glasses during his time on Shark Tank India. Grover said, “Bhai kya kar raha hai yaar tu? Mazak hai kya? Aap kya bohot zyada peete ho kya? Matlab ye idea apke dimaag mein aya bhi kaise ki glass ko mask pehnauga? He added, “mujhe bhagwan utha le… iske baad main kuch nahi dekhna chahta life mein.”
Warrier continues to make digs at Grover on social media from time to time.
Meanwhile, Shark Tank India’s first season was a big success. The producers are currently working on a new season and have opened registration for aspiring entrepreneurs.
