SSR Sister Challenges an FIR against her in Court, Check Details
The suicide case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has too many ups and downs. It did bring his sisters in the scene fighting justice for their lost brother. Amidst this, we had an FIR against the later actor’s sister Priyanka Singh stating that she got medications on a fake prescription. As per reports, now, the lady seems to have come out to challenge the FIR against her brother in this case. As per reports, Priyanka was seen submitting a plea last month, which was denied by the Bombay High Court.Â
After the plea got dismissed by the High Court, the sisters (Priyanka and Mitu) were accused of crimes like violation of the NDPS and forgery as per the NDPS act. The complaint was filed by the actress – Rhea Chakraborty who seemed to have dated Sushant before he lost his life. With the fresh complaints, the sisters have decided to go against these charges in the court. While the CBI that seems to be investigating the issue is also moving ahead with this issue.Â
As per reports, there seems to be a prime facie case against the lady. There seemed to be some messages exchanged between the late brother and the sisters talking about the mental health problems faced by SSR. The date of the chats are of 8th June.
