Simmba Enters 100 Crore Club on Day 4

Simmba the film starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan has given the makers every reason to celebrate. Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar who have produced this film are having a good time to see its collection rising high with every passing day. The movie on its fourth day has collected a whopping 34.65 Crores more than the Sunday Collection. Right from day one, the film has been roaring over the box office. With 20 plus crore on day one, every second day the collection for Simmba went on increasing and on Monday despite the non-holiday has seen such a huge figure, which has made the film to enter into the 100 crore club.

Thanks to the aura that surrounds the film bringing the audience from all section of the society giving a perfect figure at the box office. As per reports, the box office collection for Simmba after four days is 109.75 Crores. In fact, the film had already scored high over the box office on the third day itself if we count the overseas collection. The film has scored a decent amount in the overseas market that has touched to the 40 crores figure. Interestingly, the film gave a fierce competition to the SRK starrer film Zero, which is still struggling with the collection of 88 Crore. On the other side, the South Indian film KGF too had to face some heat from Simmba that has scored 146.2 crores at the box office.

The film has done decent collection in almost all the parts of the country, and Mumbai was the first to score high. It scored 38% of boost at the box office, and it managed to score around 29 crores in three days from Mumbai alone (Friday – Rs 7.77 crore, Saturday – Rs 9.11 crores Sunday – Rs 12.13 crores). Ranveer Singh was able to do that magic again giving some of the best performances in this as we have seen in earlier of his films like Bajirao Mastani and Padmavaat.
