The very much hyped and incredibly popular Celebrity wedding of B Town – the Shahid Kapoor and Meera Rajput Wedding is all said and done. Finally, the 34 year old Haider actor is married to his finance Meera Rajput of 21 years from New Delhi in a traditional Punjabi style marriage. The marriage was witnessed at private farmhouse in New Delhi, which was attended by his close friends and family members. The wedding will then follow a party at Oberoi sizzlingel in Gurgaon wherein the ballroom has been booked for the event.
The same party will witness some 500 odd guests, which were invited mostly from the family and friends backgrounds including the ones hailing from Radha Soami Satsang groups, which is common to both the families. Some of the guests spotted here include Pankaj Kapur, Supriya Pathak, step siblings Ruhaan and Sannah along with other guests seen around the Trident on Sunday. Around 50 odd rooms were booked for the invitees, which certainly include the Presidential Suite, which is a swanky two bedroom affairs having a pool and gym in it.
