Maleficent 2 trailer: ‘Mistress of Evil’ Returns Back To Screen

malificent 2Maleficent: Mistress of Evil part 2 trailer has just dropped and it seems to be far from the happily-ever-after stories as appears in this Disney’s retelling of Sleeping Beauty. With Angelina Jolie appearing in the most reprising role as the infamous horned fairy opposite Elle Fanning who plays as Princess Aurora, the trailer highlights Jolie as a maleficent yet loving mother, who is deeply sorrowed watching the Princess Aurora ready to move in her own way with the world as Gothel in Tangled however, still sceptical about true-love driven with fear and betrayal of the ones she loved like Freya in The Huntsman: Winter’s War.

Watch the trailer here:

The trailer of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil commences with a now-grown Aurora who hopes of marrying Prince Phillip, but the nuptial holds a spell-casting halt. This revolves supported to Disney’s summary, Maleficent and Aurora “are pulled apart to opposing sides in a Great War, testing their loyalties and causing them to question whether they can truly be family.”

The real cracker of the moment in the trailer comes as Maleficent injured by the warriors of the Ulstead queen is hit by a possible iron that can only be rescued by het won kind of horned-fairies as the ‘creature’ says, ‘You’ve spent years caring for a human, now it’s time to care for your own’’.

Maleficent: Mistress of All Evil has taken almost a long wait of four years to reach the theatres once again after the first Maleficent. Maleficent 2 will be including a few additions like Michelle Pfeiffer, Queen Ingrith and Harris Dickinson as Prince Phillip in place of Brenton Thwaites in the role. The film is set to release on the big screens on October 18.
