shershaah

As we heard Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani gearing up for their next film Shershaah’s release, we see the actors wrapping up the same. The actor was quick to share the photos on his Instagram page showcasing the wrap up of the film. As he shared the photos, he wrote – and it is wrapped and then shared his views as to how he liked to play the role of a real-life hero character from Indian Army called Vikram Batra.

Let’s check what he said while sharing his photo from the sets when the cast and crew had to depart saying goodbye to each other.

He thanked everyone for working together and also announced that we get to see the first look poster of the film soon. Talking about the film it is a movie based on Army man Vikram Batra who hails from Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. He has played an important role in the Kargil war fought in 1999. He was the man who defeated the enemy by giving a slogan for victory called “Yeh Dil maange more.”

He was the man who while helping his colleague in the base lost his legs as it exploded. However, this did not prevented him to continue and fight and he hit the enemy with bullets on his eyes and chest. He was later martyred on the spot. The Indian Government honored him with Param Vir Chakra, which is the most prestigious award in our nation for valor and daring actions in a war.
