A few days earlier Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty filed a defamation case against Sherlyn Chopra. Claiming that, the allegations put on them are ‘concocted, false, fake, frivolous, baseless, without any evidence’. In their notice, the lawyers claimed that the allegations made by Chopra “with an ulterior motive to defame and extort money.”
And now Sherlyn has been hitting back against them by suing them for mental and sexual harassment charging a whopping amount of 75 Cr.
Sherlyn Chopra reacted to the case filed against her, she said, “Raj Kundra doesn’t have any reputation, what the hell is he talking about? He is the co-conspirator in the porn case, gold scam, extortion, cheating, IPL scandal, money laundering, insider trading, FIR lodged in Lucknow, Mumbai Crime branch has a 1000 pages plus charge sheet on him and he is one to talk about reputation and sue me for defamation”
She further added, “I am going to sue him for Mental Harassment, agony, anguish, affliction, misery, trauma, acute stress and hyper-tension for which I am taking medical treatment”.
Talking about it further the controversial diva said that she made 3 videos for JL Streams, and she hasn’t been paid anything for it, as well. “Raj Kundra didn’t pay me anything for the 3 video’s that I shot for JL Streams. He cheated me, harassed me and tried to threaten me, so I filed the complaint. Then on 18th October, I got the notice from their lawyer about the defamation case”
