The New Year started at a sad note for B Town who lost its veteran actor and comedian – Kader Khan. He was 81 and was in Canada. The actor lost his life after fighting a prolonged battle against the ailment of breathlessness. At his death when many of his co-actors have shared their condolence messages, we hear the actor turned politician Shatrughan Sinha has urged to the film fraternity asking them to take good care of their artists so that they do not feel neglected. He then raised a question as to why Kader Khan had to die away from his country in Canada. He said that the late actor had given a lot to the Hindi cinema by making everyone entertained with his perfect comic timing and incredible acting skills.
He then said that it is sad to see that the senior actors like him were neglected and that people should take care of them. We have seen Sinha to have worked with Kader Khan in numerous movies. The actor then shared his condolences on the demise of the veteran actor and also talked about the memories he has with the later actor. He further said that Khan had remained the pillar of B Town and he has been an excellent actor who was competent enough to fit into any kind of role. He said that Mr. Khan was a good writer as well and he along with Big B have worked together with the late actor.
He then enlisted a few films which Khan has written for B Town. These include Naseeb by Manmohan Desai and Jwalamukhi by Prakash Mehra. He called the late actor as an intelligent man and has always shared his concern about the Hindi cinema become too commercial. He finally said that with the demise of Kader Khan, the industry would not get his replacement. That’s true, it will be hard to find a gem like Kader Khan who had excelled in his work and made his audience entertained as always. As per reports, the funeral of Mr. Khan will be laid down today in the presence of his family members and friends along with countless of his fans based in Canada.
