Shashank Arora is a new name in B Town who hails from New Delhi. He was born on 21st February 1989. He is a talented actor who made his recognition in the Indian film industry with his movie called Titli, which has been the official selection list of Cannes International Film Festival in 2014. Since his childhood he has been interested in dance and music. Once he completed his early education from New Delhi, he headed to Montreal, Canada for his further studies in Music and Cinema. There he was the part of one of the Human Right’s organization, which used street plays to spread any message apart from being the part of student.

After completing his Fine Arts Bachelor program in 2008, he returned to India and finally headed to Mumbai to pursue his dreams to be an actor in B Town. He was good in editing and putting videos on his PC since in his teenage, which made him to tread this path. His initial two year he remained the part of various training session to groom his skills, which gave him three offers from three different production companies till he finally decided to play the character of Titli. He worked hard to groom himself for the said character by taking up series of workshops. He also went to Meerut in order to prepare for his character. After Titli, he got another project called B Naman by Quashiq Mukherjee.

Shashank is now gearing up for his next venture called Rock On 2 by Farhan Akhtar, which is slated to be on floors by the end of 2015. He intends to be a director one fine day and hence is preparing for the same as he claims that he loves filmmaking. He said he has scripted a couple of stories with him, which he someday would bring them over the silver screen. He likes to watch new and unique movies. His film Titli gave him an international exposure as the film entered in Cannes Film Festival in 2014.
