Shamshera Trailer Out: Ranbir Kapoor’s performance will lock you at the edge of your seats
Finally! The makers of Shamshera have dropped the much awaited trailer of the film. Ranbir Kapoor will be spreading his magic as Shamshera. While the teaser has already received a lot of positive feedback, the trailer appears to be even more promising. The film will be released on July 22nd. The film’s trailer was released by the producers on Friday, June 24.
The 2:59 minutes long trailer introduces us to Ranbir who is a bandit and Sanjay Dutt who is a very cural police officer of the British raj. To say the least, Ranbir Kapoor as Shamshera is amazing. Throughout the trailer, his acting prowess is on full display. Sanjay Dutt’s intense performance as Daroga Shuddh Singh also gives goosebumps.
Directed by Karan Malhotra, Shamshera has been produced by YRF Films. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor in the lead.
Ranbir Kapoor will return to the big screen after a long absence with Shamshera. Hence the expectations are too high. Before the film’s official release, his first-look poster was revealed on June 18. Shamshera’s teaser was released on June 22. Now the Shamshera trailer has left fans wanting for more action, drama, and dialogue.
According to reports, the film is set in the fictitious city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved, and tortured by Shudh Singh, a ruthless authoritarian general. For the first time in his career, Ranbir Kapoor plays a larger-than-life quintessential Hindi film hero in Shamshera.
