But, now after Jay, there have been rumours that the upcoming season of Dance India Dance Super Moms will be hosted by his wife Mahhi Vij. Well, to the unversed, Mahhi is also an actress, very well known for her character of Nakusha in Laagi Tujhse Lagan. She is also known as one of the inspiring mothers in the industry.
Talking about the rumour, according to the sources by ETimes it is said that “The makers are keen on Mahhi because she truly inspires other mothers. They feel that the connect will be very different because the participants will really have a different kind of chemistry with Mahhi.”
Well, recently in an interview with ETimes, Mahhi opened up about her equation with her daughter as she is growing up. She said, “Tara sleeps next to me and a lot of people have told me that she should be sleeping in another room. But I come from a generation where I slept next to my mother for years till I grew up. So, I don’t see any problem in having your child sleep next to you. It doesn’t restrict their independence or affect their ability to become confident. I firmly believe that at this age, a child needs the warmth of the parents and has to know that they will always be there, no matter what.”
