Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is making headlines these days due to his upcoming release, Pathaan. The actor is making a power-packed comeback on big screens after a huge gap of about 4 years with a full-fledged role. Well, King Khan has disclosed that in his 32-year-long career, he will finally achieve his dream of becoming an action hero. Yes, you read it right! We all know the actor has been called as ‘King of Romance’ by the entire industry. In such a case, it was difficult for him to come out of that image, and that’s now going to happen via Pathaan.

In a recent video shared by YRF on their official Instagram handle, you will hear the superstar saying, “I entered the film industry 32 years ago to become an action hero. However, something else happened and people recognised me as a romantic hero.”
He further added, “I only wished to be an action hero. I mean, I loved DDLJ’s Rahul and Raj too. But, becoming an action hero was always on my wishlist. So, this dream of mine is now gonna come true.”
Talking about his character in Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan stated, “Pathaan is a simple guy with complex deeds. In my opinion, he is a mischievous, tough person who won’t overdo anything. He is sincere and has faith, considering India as his mother.”
Deepika Padukone has starred alongside SRK in hit movies like Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Happy New Year. You will witness their magical chemistry yet again in Pathaan.
When asked about Deepika’s presence in the film, he stated, “An action-packed movie like Pathaan really requires an actress like Deepika, who can perform sequences like Besharam Rang in utmost style, can effortlessly perform stunts, and only she can do this.”
Pathaan will soon be released in cinemas on January 25, 2023, in multiple languages like Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
