Shah Rukh Khan Heads to USA for Urgent Medical Attention After Unsuccessful Eye Treatment in Mumbai
A few months back, superstar Shah Rukh Khan experienced a health scare when he suffered a heat stroke on May 21 while attending a cricket match for his IPL franchise, the Kolkata Knight Riders, in Ahmedabad. Following the incident, he was hospitalized in Gujarat but was discharged the very next day. Now, Bollywood Hungama has reported that Shah Rukh has once again sought medical attention, this time for his eyes. According to sources, “SRK is now being rushed to the USA to address the damage.” It is anticipated that the superstar will depart for the United States either today or tomorrow, on Tuesday, July 30.
Details regarding the specific eye treatment Shah Rukh underwent and the complications that arose remain unclear. Bollywood Hungama attempted to reach Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, but she did not respond to inquiries.This marks the second recent case of a celebrity facing eye-related issues. Just last week, actress Jasmine Bhasin encountered significant difficulties after wearing contact lenses in Delhi. A viral image depicted her with both eyes bandaged, and her interview shocked many as she revealed that her corneas were damaged and that she was unable to see.
Thankfully, she later confirmed that she was gradually recovering. On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is set to begin filming for Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming project, King, where he will co-star with his daughter, Suhana Khan, alongside Abhishek Bachchan. Additionally, he is expected to appear in the sequel to his record-breaking blockbuster, Pathaan (2023). Fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the big screen while hoping for a speedy recovery.
