Shah Rukh Khan Adds Mercedes-Benz V-Class to His Luxury Car Collection
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has expanded his extensive vehicle collection by acquiring the newly launched Mercedes-Benz V-Class luxury MPV. Valued at approximately ₹1.40 crore, the Obsidian Black vehicle was recently seen at his temporary residence, Puja Casa, while his iconic home, Mannat, undergoes renovations. The actor joins an elite group of early owners for this model in India, with deliveries for the luxury people-mover having only just commenced in late March.
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is designed as a “private suite on wheels,” offering a mix of high-end technology and extreme comfort. The extra-long wheelbase model features a spacious cabin with rear lounge seats that include massage, heating, and ventilation functions. The interior is equipped with a 15-speaker Burmester sound system, ambient lighting, and dual 12.3-inch screens for infotainment. On the outside, the vehicle stands out with AMG Line styling and adaptive LED headlights.
Safety is a primary focus for this German-engineered flagship, which holds a five-star Euro NCAP rating. It comes standard with seven airbags, a 360-degree camera system, and advanced driver assistance features such as lane-keeping and blind-spot assist. While Shah Rukh Khan’s garage already includes ultra-luxury brands like Rolls-Royce, the V-Class is considered a practical addition intended for the comfort of his family and team during transit.
On the professional front, the actor remains busy with the production of his upcoming action thriller King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film, which also stars his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan, is slated for a Christmas 2026 release. This new acquisition provides the actor with a high-tech mobile sanctuary to relax in between his demanding filming schedules.
