This is not the first incident that has happened in the city. A couple of months back a senior citizen in Andheri was duped for Rs 68,000. As he ordered alcohol from a wine shop in JB Nagar in Andheri.
This incidence has increased rapidly since lockdown. Mumbai police have repeatedly warned the citizens against falling prey to cyber fraud during the pandemic.
Meanwhile workwise, the actress will be seen in Swara Bhaskar and Divya Dutta-starrer queer love story Sheer Qorma.
