Aryan now is out on conditional bail, which means he is not supposed to step outside Mumbai. Also, he is supposed to submit his passport to the special court. This will happen once they celebrate Diwali and as per sources, the elder son would stay at Alibaug farmhouse. Since this place falls under the non-restricted area, it is possible for King Khan to do so. SRK has a huge and lavish property there in Alibaug and he wants his son to relax and have a good time to get away from the scars and pain he faced during his custody. The Pathan actor wants Aryan to take time to become stronger to face situations. Also, SRK plans to return to work after Diwali and Aryan’s birthday, hence Aryan would stay amidst all peace there in Alibaug.
