Sanjay Dutt was out of Jail on his 14 days furlough with his family. However, during his stay, he gave an application to extend his furlough, which eventually got rejected. Now, as per the officials of Yervada Central Jail in Pune, he has to return to Jail. His furlough extended last Thursday, however, he didn’t return as his application for extending the leaves were pending. Though he was in Pune Jail for a while giving his application and returning back to Mumbai to live with his family.
Amidst all his furlough stories, objections have been raised by many officials and other people about coming out too often from the Jail considering his recent 14 days furlough as well. His recent 14 days furlough had a couple of things for him including getting a special screening of PK, showcasing his 8 abs made in jail and attending few celebrity parties in B town. This privilege however is not being given to other people inside the jail who have applied for the same. Dutt was convicted in 2007 for having illegal arms during the 1993 Mumbai communal riots. He had to complete the 42 month sentence.
