A big news there for Sanjay Dutt as his maiden M Town venture called Baba is all set to be screened at the known film festival called the Golden Globe Awards. The film is released today and has bagged mixed reviews by the critics. However, the content and story of the film seem different and interesting. This could have been the reason why this film reached this prestigious award platform. The film has been chosen in the foreign-language category.
This is his second venture under his banner called Sanjay Dutt Entertainment, which is headed by his wife Manyata Dutt. The film produced under this banner includes Prasthanam, which is all set to release soon. The makers have released the poster of the film along with the teaser as well on the eve of Sanjay Dutt’s birthday. Talking about the Marathi movie, Maanayatta Dutt said that she is pleased to hear this news and proud to be the part of it.
She further added that her key motive is to embark upon meaningful content for the media. She has three films to be made under her banner, which include the Punjabi film along with the two Hindi movies. She intends to spread the wings of the production house and plans to enter into the regional cinema as well apart from the Bollywood movies. The seems to be collaborating with a number of reputed and established directors for their upcoming ventures.
