Salman Khan’s Chulbul Pandey Cameo in Singham Again Cancelled Over Safety Concerns: Report

The excitement surrounding Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again continues to grow. However, recent reports indicate that Salman Khan will no longer be making a special appearance as Chulbul Pandey in Rohit Shetty’s film due to security concerns.

Chulbul’s Appearance Canceled

As reported by Bollywood Hungama, Salman’s absence stems from ongoing death threats against him, raising serious worries about his safety. Initially, he was set to reprise his beloved character from the Dabangg franchise for a guest role in Singham Again, but following the tragic murder of Baba Siddique, plans have changed.“ A one-day shoot was planned at Golden Tobacco in Mumbai. However, with Baba Siddique’s sudden passing, the shoot was canceled. Rohit and Ajay discussed the situation and decided it would be inappropriate to ask Salman to film amidst such controversy.

They were also in a race against time to submit the film to the censors and ultimately chose to proceed without Salman’s appearance,” a source revealed to Bollywood Hungama. There may still be a chance for a backshot of Chulbul Pandey in a post-credit scene, but details remain uncertain. The source further emphasized, “Filming with Salman just a day or two after Baba Siddique’s death would have been insensitive. Rohit had a deadline to submit Singham Again to the censors by Friday, October 18. They made the difficult decision to respect Salman Khan’s privacy.”Salman had initially agreed to the cameo out of respect for his long-standing bond with both Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty.
