Currently, the hearing is undergoing inside the courtroom in the presence of Salman Khan’s family, media and lawyers. As per reports, the prosecution lawyer of High Court is Mr. Shinde who is strong enough to counter any defense lawyer argument. As per the sources, the defense lawyers were able to get a witness from a shopkeeper near the accident site and he has claimed that it was his driver Ashok who was driving the car and not Salman Khan.
