Salman Khan Enters Small Screen as a TV Producer With Mukul Dev And Pooja Gor as lead actors

After the big news of Salman Khan released on bail from the Jodhpur bail, the actor took time to settle and relax to embark upon another set of news. As per the latest, the actor is back in the news not for the wrong reasons but this time for an interesting one. Yes you guessed it right, well, with this you can certainly cheer up the actor and being his fan you would love this step of Salman entering the TV world. Salman Khan is all set to enter into the world of the small screen as a TV producer. As per reports, he has come out with a TV show based on Mumbai Cops, which is all set to hit the small screen next month.

As per the media reports, the actor’s debut venture in TV would be the part of the popular TV Channel known as Sony Entertainment Television which is all set to release amidst the peak of the IPL season. The reports also suggest that the shooting for the TV series has kicked off since past few days at the Mumbai based studio getting the basic episodes done. However, the complete star cast is yet to be finalised. As of now, only the lead actors have been decided. The popular actors like Mukul Dev and Pooja Gor will be playing the lead characters of the show.

The TV show is directed by Mahesh Limaye who has bagged the National Award for the 2014 M Town movie known as Yellow. The story of the untitled TV show is jotted down by Sridhar Raghavan. He has given stories for a number of movies in Bollywood including the Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh starrer movie Bluffmaster and Khakhee starring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. So, one can expect a decent story in the said TV show. The title of the TV show is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, talking about the professional engagements, Salman Khan is currently busy making the film Race 3, while he is also gearing up to get his comeback with his popular reality game show known as Dus Ka Dum.
