Salman Khan 21 Cuts from the film before it heads to Censor Board
Before even submitting to the Censor Board of Film Certification table, the makers of the film have used their scissors a lot in cutting several sequences in it. Salman Khan voluntarily has slashed down the sequences from the film. These include many objectionable sequences and the ones with compromising positions about the freedom of expression of the makers. This perception was seen getting a good boost under Pahlaj Nihalani the Chairman of the same.Â
Although the said man left this position but his idea still remains in the show. In the last one year, one can see a very limited film coming out in the B Town that has reduced the work at the Censor Board. With all these cuts, the film was easily passed with clean chit by the Censor board. All thanks to the 21 volunteer cuts by the makers and Salman Khan, things seemed simple for them to get the certificate with the same.Â
As per the sources, the leading man of the movie along with the makers felt that since it is a family entertainer, it has to be clean. Also, the movie is coming on the DTH as well, hence there are a few shots that are to be removed since people may not be comfortable watching the same. The film is releasing on 13th April and it is all set to release both in theatres and the OTT platform. The movie has Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in the leading roles.Â
