This achievement positioned the Prabhas-led film at the third spot on the list of Netflix’s Top 10 Films (Non-English), following Society Of The Snow and Sixty Minutes.

Society Of The Snow, a Spanish survival thriller, maintained its position in the Top 10 for three consecutive weeks, accumulating 13.4 million views in the last week with a runtime of 2 hours and 26 minutes. Similarly, Sixty Minutes secured the second spot in Netflix’s Top 10 Non-English films with a viewership of 10.6 million, making its debut on Netflix on January 19, 2024.

At the global box office, Salaar, directed by Prashanth Neel, achieved total collections of 612.9 crores. These figures, which are updated after 26 days, indicate the film’s significant success. It is anticipated that the film will conclude its lifetime run below the 620 crore mark.

Salaar, which hit the digital platform Netflix on January 20, received mixed reactions after its theatrical release.
