Sakshi Agarwal is an actress and model who hails from Almora, Uttrakhand. She was born on 20th July 1990 in Almora. Soon she headed to Chennai with her family and was brought up in this city. Her father is from Rajasthan while her mom is from Punjab. She did her schooling from Chennai followed by doing her Bachelor of Information Technology from the prestigious Anna University and later she went to Xavier Institute of Management to pursue her MBA. Both in her graduation and PG, she bagged the gold medal and later headed to the US to complete her graduation in Filmmaking and acting from the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute LA.

She started her career working as a model and she appeared for more than a hundred TV ads and commercials. She was also part of many photo shoots and print media ads. Some of the brands for which she worked include Kalyan Silks, Air Asia, ARRS Silks, Malabar Gold, Shakti Masala, Pattushastra, CSC , and many more such brands. Besides, she is also trained in various forms of dances including Zumba, Hip Hop, B Town, and Contemporary dance and has performed over a number of award shows and other events like Filmfare Awards, AMMA Awards, Asianet Awards, Nadigar Sangam (Malaysia) in the year 2018, and Dazzling Tamizhachi.

She also had modeled as a show stopper for many big events both in India and abroad for designers from Dubai, India and other places. Some of the shows include Femina India Wedding Show, Dubai Fashion Week, Ritz Luxury Affair, Bangalore fashion week, a Leather fashion show for Tata group, Ramesh Dembla Show, Madras couture fashion Week, and Madras bridal fashion week to name a few. She mostly appeared in South Indian films like Software Ganda, Yoogan, Adhyan, Orayiram Kinakkalal, Kaala, Viswasam and the recently released film Cinderella. She was also seen in Bigg Boss Tamil 3 in 2019.
