After “Kal Ho Na Ho”, Nawab of Pataudi will again be seen in the role of Gujju boy in his upcoming film “Humshakals”. Directed by Sajid Khan who is known for making an out-and-out comic content, and Co-producedby Fox Star Studios and Vasu Bhagnani’sPooja Entertainment, “Humshakals” is all set to release on June 20.
Saif Ali Khan will be seen speaking in fluent Gujarati in the film and some glimpse of it will be seen in the trailer as well. It was Saif’s decisionto experiment with his accent in his role to add the comic twist in the film. In order to learn how to speak Gujarati fluently, he started practising by talking to everyone on the sets in Gujarati.
“Humshakals” is just another addition to Sajid’s list of condominium films. The movie has an elaborate star cast featuring Saif Ali Khan, Ritiesh Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Tamannah with entertainment touching the rooftop and laughter soaring high in the sky. Based on the concept of comedy tripled, this comedy flick is surely going to make everyone fall out of their seats with laughter. . The movie is a full-on comedy of mistaken identities. Saif Ali Khan, Ritiesh Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor will be seen in a triple role in the movie. Saif Ali Khan plays the character Ashok, and has a triple role. Riteish Deshmukh plays Kumar,again a triple role. Then there are Kans, Johnny and Balbir, all three played by the roly-poly Ram Kapoor. Extensively shot in foreign locations including London and the island of Mauritius, the movie promises to be nine times fun. The soundtrack of the film is composed by music director Himesh Reshamiya.
