Saif Ali Khan to Venture in small screen with Dipika Kakar’s show
After ruling the silver screen for a while, the actor Saif Ali Khan is now keen on making his debut in small screen. After doing his entry into the digital world with the web series Sacred Games, he is now gearing up for a TV venture in the form of Dipika Kakar’s show. It will have two TV star icons including Dipika and Karan V Grover. As per the media reports, the actor will introduce the lead roles to the audiences.
We also remember the way King Khan shot for the similar show called Kasauti Zindagi Kay trailer where he discussed regarding the romantic journey of the lead roles – Anurag and Prerna. As per reports, Saif Ali Khan has even started the shoot for the said show in the Mumbai based studio. He is playing Cupid in the show between the lead actors. The actor shot for the show alone with monologue.
He was also seen giving the voiceover for a female lead actress in it. As per the sources, the lead actor will be shooting for the sequence where the lead actors are now deciding where to date. As said, the actor had only a monologue, which involves the voice modulation while playing the female protagonist. The shoot was reported for four to five hours. We saw Dipika Kakkar in Bigg Boss 12 and she was even adjusted as a winnner for the show. While the actor was last seen in the drama TV show called Sasural Simar Ka.
Talking about the show, it will have a love story between the two lead actors in it, which will cover a mature love story about the unrequired love. Dipika Kakkar is playing actress in it, while Karan is playing the cardiologist. Talking about Saif Ali Khan’s next work, he will be seen in Sacred Games 2 with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ranvir Shorey, Kalki Koechlin and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead and supporting roles.
