Do you remember the brawl case of Saif Ali Khan occurred long back in 2012? If yes, then you would be knowing how the case has been lingering for last three years. However, the case has seen some development when magistrate at the court was seen opting for the mediation. The actor who was seen breaking the nose of an NRI businessman at one of the 5 star hotel, which prompted the judge at Esplanade court to act. However, the accused complainant Mr. Iqbal Mir Sharma were absent.
As per the latest development, the judge has proceeded with the mediation process, which will be sorted out by 27th July 2015 with Saif Ali Khan and his two accused friends who were present including Shakeel Ladakh and Bilal Amrohi. Mr. Sharma would be deliberate trying to settle down the case. As per the charges framed under the section of 325 and 34 of IPC for the said actor, Saif was seen voluntarily causing the problems bringing out this case. However, there was some feeling of mediation, which was seen occurring between the two. Mr. Sharma then was seen registering the case against the actor at Colaba Police station informing that his nose was smashed by Saif at the Wasabi restaurant at the Taj Mahal hotel.
