Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: Mumbai Police Investigate West Bengal Woman Linked to Accused’s SIM Card

The investigation into the attack on actor Saif Ali Khan has taken a crucial turn with the Mumbai Police tracing the SIM card used by the accused, Shariful Islam, to a woman residing in West Bengal. The woman has reported her phone missing, leading investigators to explore a potential connection between her and the attack.

They are investigating his social circles, his interactions with local residents, and any potential connections to criminal networks or individuals who may have aided him in his illegal activities.   

The attack on Saif Ali Khan sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry and raised concerns about the safety of celebrities. The actor sustained multiple stab wounds during the alleged robbery attempt and underwent emergency surgery at a Mumbai hospital. He was discharged on January 21st and is currently recovering.
