Rohit Sagar is an actor usually seen in TV and theatre. He hails from Delhi where he was born and brought up at. He got involved in theatre while he was a student of graduation. He completed his schooling and college from Delhi and later headed to Mumbai to pursue his dream career in the said city. With a bit of a struggle, he got the chance to work with small screen doing his debut with the TV show called Annapurna Maheshwari with Shalini Kapoor whom she got married later.
Some of the TV shows in which he acted in TV shows include Purushottam Shrivastav, Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi…Meri Bhabhi, and others which were aired at Star Plus. These TV shows gave him a good recognition in the small screen industry getting more roles in TV shows like the Zee TV show called Ek Mutthi Aasmaan where he played the role of Asha Negi thus playing the lead role in it. Recently he was seen in the mythological TV show called Devon Ke Dev Mahadev which aired on the channel Life OK.
He also worked in a couple of plays while being in Mumbai as well as what he did in Delhi. Talking about his personal life, he got married to Shalini Kapoor in a Punjabi Marriage in Mumbai which was an intimate affair. The couple met during his initial days and since then dated to finally get married in 2008. The couple was blessed with a baby girl in 2013 whom they have named as Aadya Sagar. The couple made news in the media for celebrating their 5th Wedding Anniversary in a big way that was covered in the media giving them recognition.
