A source revealed, “Ranveer Singh, the lead actor of Dhurandhar, has completed filming his portions. His final day on set was both emotional and fun-filled, reflecting his dedication to the role.”The source added, “However, the shoot is not fully wrapped yet. Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna have two days of filming remaining, which is expected to be completed soon.
The makers are on track to finish all shooting by October 15, sticking to their original plan.”Regarding the release, the source clarified, “Contrary to industry rumors, Dhurandhar is not postponed. The plan to release the film on December 5 remains intact. Post-production is progressing at full speed, and the upcoming Diwali promotional asset will prominently announce the release date.”Besides Ranveer Singh, the film stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun.
Dhurandhar is directed by Aditya Dhar, known for the critically acclaimed Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019).Last week, Bollywood Hungama also shared details about the Diwali promo campaign. The first look featured a version of the song “Jogi” (also known as “Na De Dil Pardesi Nu”). The upcoming asset will showcase a faster-paced, reimagined version of the song with visuals matching the tempo.
While the first look introduced audiences to the world of Dhurandhar, the Diwali promo will offer a deeper glimpse into its universe and characters. However, just like before, there won’t be any dialogues revealed, as the makers aim to build anticipation without giving away too much.
